1. Other than putting my home in MLS and sticking a sign in my yard, how do you market my home?

- Print advertising does work, no matter what other realtors may tell you.
- Buyers on Our Website - Over 7,000 buyers have signed up on our website to receive information on homes for sale. These buyers are looking all over the Charlotte metro and in different price ranges (typically we have 100-200 for any given location/price range). We’ll call each one, tell them about the benefits of your home and encourage them to come see it.
- MLS/Syndication – Our syndication partners are extensive and include Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com (where our homes are showcased), Yahoo, Redfin, Homes.com, other real estate company’s websites, NewYorkTimes.com, WallStreetJournal.com
- Attracting Interest from “Drive By’s” – Most potential buyers driving by a home for sale don’t call the sign phone number. We use Mobile Voice Routing technology and Curbside Smartphone flyers to increase buyer inquiries by 300% compared to traditional signage. We’ll share the specifics on these systems when we meet.
- Facebook Advertising and Other Social Media – we target by location, income level, age, etc.

- Professional Brochure - Many realtors don’t provide anything for buyers to take away after a showing - and the ones that do often limit it to a sloppy print out of the MLS sheet or the property disclosure. We provide professionally printed brochures with great pictures and a description describing the best features of your home.
- Many buyers that come to see your home are seeing 4-10 other homes the same day and homes tend to run together. Having this brochure helps buyers remember your home.
- The brochure also helps creates positive feelings for your home and promotes a feeling that you have cared for it.
